Exchange Policy: Not happy with your new bag? Then neither am I! It is important to me that you are happy. Just email me and ship it back in unused condition within 14 days. I will be happy to exchange it for you. I am sorry, but I can not return merchandise for money back. If you have any questions about the details of an item, please email me and I will do my very best to help you.

Hey Dolls!

Please understand that the items shown on my website are samples. Because I make everything by hand, the fabric placement on each bag may be different. If you would like a specific pattern featured on the front of your bag, I would be happy to accommodate you! Just email me or make a note in the comment section when sending payment.

Basically, If you order a Movie Monster bag and your favorite monster is Frankenstein, just make sure you tell me so I can make sure he is on your bag!

Also, I can adjust any strap length to fit you perfect. Just email me or make a note in the payment section what strap length suits you best!
