Because everything is made just for you - most orders take 3-4 weeks for production. All orders are sent by USPS. Cost of shipping is calculated for you upon check out.
International Shipping: We are in the process of being able to calculate exact shipping costs for countries outside the US. In the meantime - you will be notified by email if shipping will cost more than was charged - thank you for understanding!

Policy: I would like to encourage you to ask any
questions you may have before ordering, Dungaree Dolly's does
not give refunds. Merchandise credit will be issued upon receiving
unused returned goods within 10 days of customer receiving
order. Custom orders are not refundable - if you modify anything
on your bag from what is offered on the website, this is concidered
custom and may not be exchanged. This includes changing the
lining, strap length, etc. Personalized items can not be exchanged.
Feel free to email any questions you may have before ordering.
Most orders take about 2-3 weeks to ship out. But, because everything is made just for you - some orders can take up to 3-4 weeks. All orders are sent by Priority Mail. I appreciate your patience and understanding so very much!

Because I make everything by hand, the fabric placement on
each bag may be different. If you would like a specific pattern
featured on the front of your bag, I would be happy to accommodate
you! Just email me or make a note in the comment section when
sending payment.
Also, I can adjust any strap length to fit you perfect. Just
email me or make a note in the payment section what strap
length suits you best!
